WARBY PARKER // Limited Edition PALM CANYON COLLECTION.

Well, Happy New Year Everybody!
Normally, for every new year celebration, I do a post called "Raise Your Glasses" but this is taking it to a new level for 2014... which by the way is going to be the #BestYearEVER!

I am SO super excited to tell you that for THIS new year's celebration, I get to partner with Warby Parker in introducing their new, limited edition Palm Canyon Collection that releases today! ***Like RIGHT NOW y'all.

With the Palm Canyon Collection, we’ve refreshed some of our best-loved frames—Winston, Duckworth, Preston, and Wheeler—in a Palm Springs palette of mesquite, acacia, ironwood, and sand. Each frame features a hand-mixed acetate inset at the end piece, with patterns inspired by Color Field painters and midcentury minimalists. -WP

Everything about the Palm Canyon line makes me want to go on vacation!

Please note: I don't wear optical glasses at all. I own a few falsies but that's it. BUT... if you know me well, then you know that I own WAY TOO MANY sunnies (that's hip/UK for sun glasses *winks*) so, can you imagine the "can I has?!" moment's I was having while getting to peak at all these new looks!!?

***Please see the NEW Winstons (above) #dyingforthem

Also... on top of being super cute with the way they show off their eyeglasses AND sunglasses (you know I LOVE all these vintage inspired,) Warby Parker brings to you Eyewear with a Purpose.

Almost one billion people worldwide lack access to glasses. This means that 15% of the global population cannot effectively learn or work - a problem that Warby Parker is determined to address. We've partnered with non-profits like VisionSpring to ensure that for every pair of glasses sold, a pair is distributed to someone in need.
We believe that everyone has the right to see. -WP

Some of my faves include...
The Preston's in Blue Marblewood (shown above.)

...and i LOVE what they did partnering with Leith Clark for their *Leith* line.

she's SO cute, right?!

Oh, yeah... and can we talk about how they actually sell a Monocle!!?? #BEST!

So, Warby Parker will actually let you pick out five frames and ship them to you to try on and test for five days... FOR FREE. Through their HOME TRY-ON, you pick out your faves and send the five back and wait for your cute new frames to arrive.

You can also do a VIRTUAL TRY-ON...
For the LOVE of laughs!!!... Okay, don't tell him but I tried on the Watts in Sugar Maple on David Bowie and I think they look great.
***Special thanks to David Sperring (who actually wears this look on the daily) for suggesting to try this!!

Palm Canyon Collection frames are available for $145 online at warbyparker.com and at Warby Parker stores and showrooms.
So, there you have it folks!
Extra special thank you to Warby Parker for giving me the opportunity to partner with them for the launch of Palm Canyon. This was fun!

XO.
